These terms govern access to EchoLight Innovations websites, accounts, products, downloads, support tools, and related services. By using them, you agree to these terms and to applicable law.
Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, keeping credentials confidential, and notifying us promptly about unauthorized access. Accounts are personal unless a product license expressly says otherwise. We may suspend access when needed to protect users, the service, or legal rights.
Products and licenses
Product pages describe the applicable files, features, price, currency, and license. A purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product for its stated purpose. Unless a listing says otherwise, you may not resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, or use paid files to create a competing download library.
Downloads
Download access may require an authenticated account and may be limited to the purchaser or authorized license holder. You must not share download links, bypass access controls, scrape the catalog, or attempt to obtain files without authorization. Contact support if a legitimate download fails.
Payments and refunds
Prices and payment terms appear at checkout or on the relevant product page. Payment providers process card and transaction details under their own terms. Unless a product page or applicable law provides a different right, refund requests should be sent to echolightinnovations@gmail.com with the order reference and a clear explanation.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, probe or defeat security controls, upload malicious code, impersonate another person, infringe rights, abuse support, or use the site for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
Community and third-party links
Discord, partner sites, payment providers, and other external services are operated by third parties. Their availability, content, and terms are outside EchoLight's control. Follow their rules when using those services.
Intellectual property
EchoLight and its licensors retain rights in the website, brand, design, software, copy, and original materials except for rights expressly granted to you. Feedback you provide may be used to improve the service without creating an obligation to compensate you.
Availability and changes
We may modify, pause, or discontinue features, products, pricing, or support. We aim for reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that every product will meet every individual expectation.
Disclaimers and limits
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the service and products are provided as available without implied warranties not expressly stated. EchoLight is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the service, subject to rights that cannot legally be limited.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may terminate or restrict access for breach, security risk, nonpayment, or legal reasons. Provisions concerning licenses, intellectual property, limitations, and disputes survive termination where applicable.
